Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Job Summary

United Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered behavioral health services to clients of all ages. The PMHNP will work within an integrated behavioral health and primary care model, delivering advanced mental health care including psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and the prescribing and management of psychotropic medications.

This role collaborates closely with primary care providers, behavioral health staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-person care. In addition to direct clinical services, the PMHNP contributes to the leadership and development of the behavioral health program, supporting staff growth, maintaining compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies, and advancing the mission of United Community Health Center to improve access to high-quality behavioral health care in underserved communities.

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN-FNP)

Job Summary

United Community Health Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse – Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN-FNP) to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. The APRN-FNP will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a team-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting, with a strong focus on serving an underserved and diverse community.

The APRN-FNP will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive care and health education; and collaborate closely with physicians, behavioral health providers, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care. This role supports United Community Health Center’s mission to improve access to healthcare and reduce health disparities in the communities we serve.

Clinical Nurse (RN/LPN)

Job Summary

United Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse (RN/LPN) to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. The Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in providing direct patient care, supporting providers, and ensuring efficient clinical operations while serving a diverse and underserved patient population.

Under the direction of licensed providers and clinical leadership, the Clinical Nurse performs nursing assessments, administers medications and immunizations, assists with procedures, coordinates patient care, and provides patient education. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality improvement.

Dentist (DDS/DMD)

Job Summary

United Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist (DDS/DMD) to provide comprehensive oral health services to patients of all ages in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. The Dentist will deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care while supporting the organization’s mission to improve access to oral healthcare for underserved and diverse communities.

The Dentist is responsible for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral health conditions, including restorative, preventive, and limited emergency dental services. This role works collaboratively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, patient education, and continuity of services.
